Felted Tote Bag
This beautiful, functional bag is done with mitered squares, worked in one piece. The bag uses only the knit stitch with double decreases, and a fun process to create the edge. Mary will lead you through the process of knitting and then teach you how to felt your work.
For the advanced beginning knitter who knows how to cast on, knit, purl, bind off and read basic knitting instructions.
This is an in-person class in the store. You will be required to wear a mask and be socially distant. Hand sanitizer and hand washing will be available.

| Requirements: | * Pattern will be provided in class * 10 skeins of Gina or 1100 yards of worsted weight wool (NOT superwash) * US size 10, 24 inch circ needles * Second US size 10 or US size 9 for three-needle bind off * Removable stitch markers * One pair of purse handles (KND is working on getting good ones) This is an in-person class in the store.
