Brioche knitting is a simple single or multi-color technique that creates ridges and valleys, similar to K1P1 ribbing, but double-thick. The fabric created is reversible, making it perfect for scarves, shawls, and blankets for the upcoming cold months. In class, we will learn the technique of brioche knitting on a sample swatch. Once you practice, brioche will be as simple as ribbing.
